MATERIAL: We have a seven day return or exchanges policy, meaning that in case of wrong or damaged goods you will be able to ask for your items back or exchanged within 7 days after receiving them. Your item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
We will issue a store credit equivalent to the purchase price if you provide an item which has been returned within the time limit and in good condition, such as unmarked, undamaged or fully wrapped. Only damaged or wrong fabric can refunded not whole order.
EXCHANGE: We will replace the item if the fabric is returned due to a manufacturing defect within the specified period. If the customer does not require a faster shipment, he or she will not be charged shipping charges.
REFUND: We shall issue a store credit equal to the purchase price or refund on your bank account or source of payment if an order has been prepaid following successful return and inspection of returned fabrics. The discount shall be deducted from the amount and the remainder shall be refunded if a coupon code has been applied and an order is returned. In case you return the order, shipping charges and COD charges will be deducted from the amount and the remaining amount will be credited.
DAMAGES AND ISSUE: If the product is defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item, please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately so that we can rectify this problem. If the item is returned with signs of use and we determine that it does not have a manufacturing defect, return will be handled on a case by case basis without issuing store credit. Customers may be required to pay for shipping if they wish to get their product back. Before issuing the RMA number, we will do our best to help you find out if this product is in fact damaged.
NON-RETURNABLE: It is not possible to return certain types of goods, such as personalized printed fabrics or custom clothing, or special orders. If you have any questions or concerns about a fabric, please contact us. We will refuse a return request if your order contains products sold in OFFERS or SALE unless the product has been broken, and it is not what you have paid for.
CANCELLATION: Please contact us via apsarapatiala@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request if you want to cancel the order, any amount paid will be reimbursable for the requested bank account. If you had decided on COD on the time of placing order, there may be no money to be refunded as you have not paid on your order. You will receive a refund to the source account within 9 working days from the date on which orders are cancelled in respect of payments by credit card, net banking or wallet.

Shipping: Free shipping on all orders of more than INR 999* For COD shipping, we shall only be charging a cash handling fee on all orders above the amount of INR 999. The delivery period is three to four working days in Punjab and in pan India the fabric is expected to be delivered within a week. The dispatch time is higher because all fabrics are freshly printed on each order according to the required length of cuts.
